Unix Timestamp Builder
Unix Timestamp, also known as Unix Time, or Epoch Time, is the representation of time instants as the number of seconds passed since January 1, 1970 (UTC). It's often preferred as a time storage format because of its timezone-independent nature. An integer representation, however, makes it cumbersome to query on the data type. This is a small application to address that problem. It makes it easier to parse and create Unix timestamps and see their equivalent dates in different timezones.

DoubleCommand is software for Mac OS X (a kernel extension) that lets you remap keys, in other words change the way your keyboard works. Often used to make a PC keyboard more comfortable with a Mac, swapping the Alt (Option) and Windows (Command or Apple) keys, since they are in swapped positions on Mac and PC keyboards. DoubleCommand is a quick and easy way to fix this if you use a PC keyboard with your Mac.

expod is a small utility for getting songs off your iPod. iTunes does a fantastic job of copying music onto an iPod, but lacks the ability to go the other way. With expod you can copy any or all of your songs (or videos) off your iPod, using whatever file naming convention you like.

What is iPhoneLikeIndicator?
‘iPhoneLikeIndicator’ was a fun project I did last night. I always liked the iPhone’s network indicator and wanted something similar for OSX.

Born was iPhoneLikeIndicator :) It is a little .... convenient entry for your menubar which shows any network activity. Just like the network indicator on the iphone (that’s where the name is from *doh*)

Enhanced Open Terminal Here, for Leopard at Maururu
Now that Leopard’s Terminal finally has tabs there has been a modification of the original script to take advantage of those when your front-most shell is busy (running top or vi for example). Better integration with the Finder also showed through better icons.
