Well, you’re right: it does work in wired mode with Bluetooth off. But I want to have Bluetooth on so that I can use Continuity, AirPods, Magic Mouse, etc. And as far as I know, there is no way to make the Magic Keyboard stay in wired mode other than turning Bluetooth off.
