Creativity for learners goes top of the class - 2DIY
Due to its simplicity, even the youngest learners will achieve success with 2DIY as neither the ICT nor the reading age presents barriers. If disabled children have access to a pointing device, they can begin creating activities too. Access to a keyboard however, opens up more interesting opportunities. Although many examples show how 2DiY can be used at key stage 1, the software provides excellent opportunities for older students to create activities for the younger ones.

2DIY is very creative and motivating and sure to be a big hit with all learners.

About - SuperSleuths - Development Blog of National R&D Center on Instructional Technology
We are collaborating with colleagues at EDC’s Center for Science Education and Electric Funstuff to develop and pilot-test a series of game modules—built around the Nintendo DS—that infuse inquiry-based game activities into traditional classroom practice. Tentatively dubbed Super Sleuths, The game modules will fit into regular curricula and will target the science misconceptions, reading difficulties, and motivational issues that hamper student learning and complicate science teaching.

This blog is an effort to collect and share resources that we find as we progress in our development process. We will also share some of our thinking and reflect on the great work of others in this field.
