Giving Pegasus a run for it's money, but SpaceX is cheaper. Is it a launch azimuth or sortie rate issue they want to overcome? But this isn't a reusable orbital or suborbital cargo variant of SpaceshipTwo, so why are the launch customers picking Virgin Galactic rather than getting on the SpaceX manifests?
