[...] "Man kann jedes Fleisch bedenkenlos essen. Es kommt aber auf die Menge an", sagt Heiner Boeing vom Deutschen Institut für Ernährungsforschung Potsdam-Rehbrücke. need to be active at least 30min a day, if not even 90min, sitting is deadly. inactivity is deadly // 19:50 infectious diseases from domestication of animals; influenza, ducks, common cold, horses, small pox, camels, // UTI = food borne illness. chicken meat; cross contamination (kitchen hygiene) & rectal bacteria creeping into bladder through pee hole opening. // +80% of antibiotics fed 2 farm animals (USA) // 25:30 got to eat real food! engineered food upsets and wreaks havoc to your microbiome & your health! probiotics are present in raw fruits and vegetables. no pharmacy/pill. but farmacy // 29:00 reductive science by pharma 2 treat depression symptoms with SSRIs&Co. dopamine/serotonin // regular exercise reduces cancer risk, if mitochondria goes south = cancer, upregulate mitochondrial activity through exercise = lower risk. metabolic treatment of disease. // 33:30 higher raw/vegan mimics caloric restriction! real food = caloric density lower vs engineered food. // 39:30

Patients less satisfied by GPs who refuse antibiotics - BBC News
[ quick fix society. rather pop a pill than not eat bacon for breakfast. show how much GP's have to change set-up and be incentivised 2 help people change. ] The study, published in the British Journal of General Practice, compared the prescribing rates of more than 95% of all GP surgeries in England to a survey of patient satisfaction. Those satisfaction scores are used to determine how much GPs get paid. Patients' satisfaction rose when they were listened to or carefully examined. A study last year warned that up to half of all prescriptions of antibiotics could be inappropriate - given to patients suffering coughs, colds, sore throats and the flu - none of which can be treated with antibiotics. The overuse of antibiotics has led to antibiotic resistance, when bacteria and infections can no longer be killed off or treated with strong drugs. In this study, doctors who prescribed 25% fewer antibiotics saw a modest reduction in patient satisfaction with them or with their surgery.
