Could you give up meat for one day? - BBC News
A new campaign is asking us to give up meat for a day - claiming it is damaging both our health and that of the planet. A report by the environmental group the Carbon Trust says that rearing livestock uses up far more resources than producing other types of food, and it is becoming unsustainable.
