Genuine question: did Bloomberg ever retract, correct, or comment on the 2014 pipeline "cyberwar" story that most if not all in the ICS security community agree was a hoax? cc @RobertMLee @hatr https://t.co/vbUbbYPY3U

Worth noting same Bloomberg reporters put out a story a few years citing multiple sources that the US knew about Heartbleed. That story was flat out wrong. Bloomberg didn’t follow it up or comment. https://t.co/smdoHUs8kR

I rewrote our watch app in Objective-C for Halide 1.10. By dropping the extra Swift libraries, we cut 15mb off our download size.

"You can get a good idea on the corner for $4 with your latte. What matters is how well you execute."
– Steve Jobs, yelling at us after the MobileMe debacle

I wish more people would talk about this. Last I checked, this quote got lost, so I'm telling you now, since I was there.

You might know that Control Strip sliders can be adjusted in a single gesture (just start sliding as soon as you touch down), but do you know about mini swipes? You can increment/decrement volume and brightness by doing little discrete swipes on the buttons.

🎉 This week marked Neven's 10th year at Panic! His first design work included a Coda 1.6 banner, the UI for Pantscast (RIP best podcast player ever), and an iOS thing for Disney. We are super lucky to have a great team of great people making great things. Have a great weekend!

This is frankly misleading.

Sure, the last “refresh” was in 2014, but it was a downgrade as they eliminated the fastest mac mini ever that’s from 2012.

So, more like 2200 days since any improvements to the #macmini 🐢 https://t.co/I7GaUHwJzK

And yet iOS is still slower than Android... I remember when Apple users were the ones to say benchmarks didn’t matter. Now it’s one of their most important talking points. https://t.co/CcTnlc2OwK

One of the worst UI design decisions that Apple has made in awhile. Hiding the most common action a user will take while on a FaceTime call behind a separate menu is just stupid. https://t.co/eHdjlKOb9z
