But at the other end, new faces like Vapor and Fire and *more* minimal than ever. About as minimal as can get.

A few weeks ago I came across some code with the following comment:

/* ??? temporary hack for [redacted] */

It was written some time between 1988 and 1994, but tough to be sure as it predates current VCS history. https://t.co/QwFMYwabSJ

I’m still not over how much better Xcode editing feels with multiple cursors. It’s the next best thing since keyboard shortcuts to me.

It’s more than a guess that Surface has a higher failure rate than MacBook, fwiwhttps://t.co/HRCefP9Pmw

They’re cool products, but don’t tell me the MacBook keyboard issue is bigger than issues with the Surface. It’s a Perception V Reality thing.

Wanna hear a good one? @TeamViewer doesn’t even throw a dialog for Mojave Access until you remote in.

BE SURE TO BE ON YOUR LAN with mouse in hand for the host or suffer remote pain later.

You have to accept TeamViewer_Desktop or no remoting for you!

@mjtsai Every manufacturer makes thin devices. Most laptops and phones are very thing. Apple has made their phones and watches thicker to meet battery goals. They crossed the “too thin” threshold with their computers and are paying the price in lower sales and warranty claims

Everyone I know with a Surface has had varying degrees of hardware issues. Microsoft just isn’t under the kind of intense scrutiny in this department that Apple is. https://t.co/3Y5o60rnVE

A B-tree backed List would be a really interesting addition.

Linked lists are already quite easy to do with enums & indirect cases; it’s quite hard to come up with a good general API for them though
