Check if `Locale` is still the right tool when adopting with app-specific languages. You now need to react to changes of the preferred language for your app (`Bundle.preferredLocalizations(…)`) - not for the system (`Locale.preferredLanguages`) ☝️ https://t.co/FEf4JLORM5

I am *extremely* not sold on the new share sheet design in iOS 13 so far.

The old one wasn't great, but it felt more readable. Now everything in the bottom section is a bland list of labels that are too far away from (small) glyphs. Gets worse if you have a lot of shortcuts. https://t.co/BAP2XroUCO pic.twitter.com/XRmyDtiTtV

Discovered a way in #Xcode to do an “edit all” that’s not limited to declarations

1️⃣ select the thing you want to edit
2️⃣ press-and-hold ⌥⌘E to “select next occurrence” until everything’s selected
3️⃣ type in the replacement; all of ‘em get changed pic.twitter.com/YaGdJPGR4B

Property wrappers give us the opportunity to do this right, finally. I'm looking forward to there being a standard DynamicallyInitialized wrapper that lets you have a semantically non-optional, but still initializable later, property.

The existence of implicitly unwrapped optionals proves that this is completely fucked up.

Similarly, `deque` in order to fulfill the standard's requirements pretty much has to be implemented as a tree, when you'd typically want to use something like a ring buffer

They're very bad implementations of their data structures. `map` is a balanced tree, and the standard requires stable iterators, which effectively requires that each value in the map be in a separate allocation.
