If @brentsimmons is writing an NSOperationQueue replacement, I did that a few years ago, for deployment to Leopard. https://t.co/P95CHq1D7T

A nice stress tear of Xcode is to accidentally right-click a space and select Find β†’ In Workspace in the middle of building a million-line project

I will post a video on Monday when I get back to my work machine, but I've tested it with other laptops and most of the newer ones are also very stiff. Which year do you have? The ports have been gettin tighter each year. This is a 2019

I'm not even joking. I can lift my computer up by the power cord. The ports are too tight.

Boeing employees privately texted they had covered up something material to the safety of 737 Max simulator training, and Boeing’s position is that, while it’s regrettable they said that, they didn’t actually do it. https://t.co/SVRLQ9WQl2

@mjtsai In response to https://t.co/JS77oQX4LK - it looks like Xcode now auto-populates the UIAppFonts if you use a custom font in your storyboards. Not sure when this started.

When you open an email, there’s an audit log that shows you read it.
When you delete an email, it’s still in the database.
When you update a document in OneDrive, the old version is still there. Maybe hundreds of them.

You operate in a complete illusion of control or influence.

I've also seen from various threads people inconsistently observing List { ForEach { ... } } vs Group { ForEach { ... } } having better performance, though which one is AFAIK inconsistent

That seems strange to me. Randomizing the id should cause the diffing to fail completely. Maybe there’s a pathology in the diff algorithm that’s causing rebuilding the view hierarchy entirely to be faster? cc @jsh8080
