Can we go back to having labeled sections in System Preferences?!

I honestly feel like I take forever trying to track down the correct preference pane in Catalina where there are now just two sections and they're unlabeled.

This clean UI crap is getting out of hand. pic.twitter.com/hYSrPyBgQv

The core compiler is not being rewritten in Swift, but it is being gradually rearchitected around a "pull" model based on requests, which will allow for more fine-grained incremental builds, on-demand code gen, and other interactive coding and build performance goodness

I’ve told this story before, but after iOS 7 was debuted at WWDC my company’s Apple rep told us we would have to redesign to be flat by the fall or we wouldn’t be featured. We had to drop everything and rework the whole app just to stay in Apple’s good graces.

Final result to my Catalina poll: 59% Catalina, 34% Mojave (304 votes) - more Catalina than I thought, but still significantly less than usually expected for devs at this time of the season. pic.twitter.com/c9531djEHN

Talking about great software: how many support calls does @Apple get from people who couldn’t log in to their computers because those computers decided, overnight, to change their keyboard layout to the default… I wonder…

Bloody amateurs all of them… pic.twitter.com/kZ48lcY2WS

“Catalina runs best on Macs with hardware specifications that Apple marketing isn’t yet prepared to make the baseline for models such as the iMac" https://t.co/ZlE8VhFY2t. Great point. A genuine marketing screw-up.

Nice to see Swift continue its fast growth - interesting that Swift, C and C++ are the only traditionally statically compiled languages in the top 10. https://t.co/VPZ7B0yyOG
