Make sure you enjoy thinking about it. Your primary edge as a founder will be the number of hours you spent thinking about a specific problem. Over time, you should accumulate more hours than almost anyone on earth. This will only work if it doesn’t feel like a chore. If you genuinely are fascinated by the problem.

- Start small. Try to solve your burning need.
- Focus on the repeat offenders. Find your burning need.
- Tell others what you're doing. Conversation helps to sharpen thoughts, and give you the motivation to continue.
- Make sure you enjoy solving it.
- Simplify, focus.
- Validate your market: spend a lot of time talking to customers.
- Launch *uncomfortably* quickly

- 验证你的目标市场,花时间去和你的用户聊聊,了解他们愿意为什么东西买单,和愿意花费多少。如果你不去研究市场,那么你很难知道你是不是把时间花在成正确的产品上。
- 在忐忑时尽快推出市场,获取用户的最佳时机就是你觉得还太早时。先把产品放上市场,听取用户的意见,然后快速迭代。
