EDI is an IDE. Rather than an Integrated Development Environment it strives to be an Integrating Development Environment in the spirit of Acme. EDI does not try to do it all. It rather leans on the wonderful tools that already exist on your machine. It acts as a bridge between those commands and the editor.

How to manage projects under Version Control Systems : JetBrains Support
If you decide to share IDE project files with other developers, follow these guidelines: Directory based project format (.idea directory) This format is used by all the recent IDE versions by default. Here is what you need to share: All the files under .idea directory in the project root except the workspace.xml and tasks.xml files which store user specific settings All the .iml module files that can be located in different module directories (applies to IntelliJ IDEA) Be careful about sharing the following: Android artifacts that produce a signed build (will contain keystore passwords) dataSources.ids, datasources.xml (can contain database passwords) You may consider not to share the following: gradle.xml file, see this discussion user dictionaries folder (to avoid conflicts if other developer has the same name) Legacy project format (.ipr/.iml/.iws files) Share the project .ipr file and all the .iml module files, don't share the .iws file as it stores user specific settings

Codiad Web IDE
Codiad is a web-based IDE framework with a small footprint and minimal requirements.

Keep up to date with the latest changes and news on Twitter or Facebook

Codiad requires a minimal server installation with Apache2, PHP 5+ and basic r/w access to several directories. There is no database requirement

The application will work in modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, and IE9+.

Getting Started
Installation of Codiad requires uploading the files and making several directories and a config file writeable. There is no database and no other server components are required. PHP 5.3 or above is recommended, however, the system will work with any version of PHP over v.5.

GoSublime keymap to autocomplete on dot
I'm absolutely loving Sublime Text with GoSublime. It's so much nicer, cleaner and faster than Eclipse/Goclipse.

Here's a bit of advice:

It's useful to have the autocomplete box come up as soon as you hit the dot key. I've finally got it working after a couple of hours:

Add this to your Default.sublime-keymap file:

{ "keys": ["."], "command": "run_macro_file", "args": {"file": "Packages/Default/DotCompletion.sublime-macro"}, "context":
{ "key": "auto_complete_visible", "operator": "equal", "operand": true }
{ "keys": ["."], "command": "run_macro_file", "args": {"file": "Packages/Default/Dot.sublime-macro"}, "context":
{ "key": "auto_complete_visible", "operator": "equal", "operand": false }

And add the following files to your Default package directory (click Preferences > Browse Packages):

{ "command": "insert", "args": {"characters": "."} },
{ "command": "auto_complete" }
