Court order abuse: Sky blocks Torrentfreak
Torrentfreak reports - at http://torrentfreak.com/skys-court-ordered-piracy-filter-blocks-facebook-and-torrentfreak-130809/ - that a court-ordered block of the torrent site EZTV.it expanded silently to include TorrentFreak when the owners of EZTV.it autoforwarded visitors to TorrentFreak. The Open Rights Group notes that overblocking has always been a problem with filtering systems and calls for greater transparency in how the blocks are engineered and managed.

"ISPs are understood to be open to the idea of cutting off access to some infringing sites, but argue that an impartial judge should decide which get blocked. "Malcolm Hutty, President of EuroISPA, said:
"In order to make the Directive on child sexual exploitation as strong as possible, emphasis must be placed on making swift notice and take down of child sexual abuse material focused and effective.
