McPhaul wrong about Seabrook | New Hampshire
To the Editor: It is obvious from Dolly McPhaul’s May 31 screed that she hates Eversource so vehemently that it is full of innuendos and distortions. Early on, she stated, “Ratepayers are paying for its failed Seabrook power plant.” How dare she? Seabrook Station has been making electricity continuously for the past 28 years, since 1990. In 2016, it provided 56 percent of New Hampshire’s electricity and has been a totally reliable, carbon-free source of electricity since it was new. That doesn’t seem “failed” to me.
