Easy chocolate chip cookies recipe | Jamie Oliver recipes
Yields 12 cookies, requires mixing with handsxxx

* 100g unsalted butter , slightly softened
* 125g caster sugar
* 1 egg
* 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 200g flour
* 2 tsp baking powder
* 1 pinch of salt
* 100g quality chocolate (Zartbitter is fine)

1. Beat melted BUTTER and CASTER’S SUGAR until fine and creamy
2. Add EGG, VANILLA, mix well.
3. Slowly whisk in FLOUR, SALT and BAKING POWDER
5. Roll 12 tablespoon-sized dough balls, put in the fridge for 15 minutes.
6. Preheat oven at 170 C (no fan)
7. Slightly flatten the dough balls, place into a tray
8. Bake at 170 for 12 minutes

The cookies are puffy to the touch when they come out. They’re fine. Let them cool down for a bit.

Ingredients (serves 1)

1Tbps Chicken stock powder
1Tbps Shiro Dashi
1Tbps Sesame Oil
1Tsp Kosher Salt
1Tsp Sesame Seeds
Black Pepper (I forgot this in the video)
400 ml Water

Makeshift Miso tare:
100g ground pork
1/2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1/2 Tsp Grated Garlic
1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger
3 Tbsp Miso Paste
1 Tsp Toubanjan
4 inch piece of Leek (diced)

700ml water
1 Tbsp Lee kum kee Chicken powder
1 Tbsp Hon Tsuyu
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Sugar
Few drops of La-Yu Chili Oil

black pepper
Sesame seeds
Anything else you want

1. put all the ingredients for the makeshift tare into a cold pot
2. turn on the heat and mix everything together. cook until pork is cooked through (abount 5-8 minutes)
3. When pork is cooked through and everything is combined, add the ingredients for the soup to the pot.
4. Simmer for 5 minutes and the soup is done.
5. cook your noodles in a separte pot of boiling water. strain noodles well and add them to a bowl.
6. Pour 350ml of your soup over the noodles.
7. Add any toppings you want, but I highly recommend corn and butter.
