Ich arbeite in Outlook mit nur einem Ordner "Ablage", ansonsten nutze ich Tags (Schlagworte, Kategorien) zur Strukturierung und auch für mein persönliches GTD-System (Getting Things Done). "Jemanden oder etwas in eine Schublade packen. Kennen wir alle, ärgern uns immer wieder darüber und machen es trotzdem ständig.
