Anarchist Reverend | Shannon (Shay) Kearns
My name is Shannon (Shay) T.L. Kearns and I write as the anarchist reverend. I graduated in 2009 from Union Theological Seminary with my Master of Divinity. I was ordained as a Deacon in the North American Old Catholic Church in June and will be ordained the the priesthood in the near future. This site is a collection of original sermons and theological musings on the intersection of theology and being trans*. I also write about Christian anarchism, the church, and church planting. The views presented on this website belong to me alone and do not represent trans* people as a whole, all christian anarchists, or the church I work for. Everything on this site is copyrighted so please do not steal.

Wenstrom Bible Ministries
Wenstrom Bible Ministries is a non-denominational church, which teaches the Word of God verse by verse. The purpose of this church is to make sound doctrine available to believers in the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe the Bible to be the verbally inspired Word of God, the final authority for faith and life, inerrant in the original writings, infallible and God-breathed.

Five Sided Christian | James Miller
I decided to name my Christian blog Five Sided Christian because the number five in Scripture symbolises "grace" which is absolutely foundational to my Christian doctrine and lifestyle and so is entirely appropriate for the kind of Christianity I believe in.
The number five also ties in with the Five Solas of the Reformation which teach doctrines close to my heart:
Sola Scriptura (Scripture Alone) / Sola Fide (Faith Alone) / Sola Gratia (Grace Alone) / Solus Christus (Christ Alone) / Soli Deo Gloria (God's Glory Alone)
I have chosen five key adjectives to describe the focus of my kind of Christianity:
Evangelical / Reformational / Missional / Social / Political
I am a Scottish Christian from Glasgow, a husband, a father, a poet and novelist, a law graduate, a Project Manager in a translation company, an amateur theologian and member of the Church of Scotland, a collector of classical and jazz CDs, a pianist, a lover of good food and a keen reader of most types of fiction including crime, spy and political thrillers.

Center for Excellence in Preaching | Calvin Theological Seminary
The Center for Excellence in Preaching was founded at Calvin Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids, Michigan, in 2004 under the leadership of then-Seminary President Neal Plantinga and with Interim Co-Directors John Witvliet and Kathy Smith. As the Center–and particularly the Center’s website–took shape, other key leaders and developers included Wilbert Van Dyk, Howard Vanderwell, Nathan, Bierma, Duane Kelderman, and Mary Brasser. In July 2005 Scott Hoezee was hired as the Center’s first full-time Director and since then, the Center has continued to expand its website offerings as well as continuing education seminars for pastors. Now entering its second decade of ministry, the Center for Excellence in Preaching is grateful to have become a regular stop for preachers in search of good sermon resources on the internet as well as a popular place to apply for conferences and seminars like the annual Symposium on Worship, the Preachers’ Oasis, and Imaginative Reading for Creative Preaching. The Center is grateful for the support of Calvin Seminary as well as the support of our many donors who make this work possible by their generous contributions to this ongoing ministry.

Biblical Theology | A forum for all matters pertaining to biblical theology (and some entirely unrelated) | Matthew S. Harmon
I am a sinner saved by God’s grace in 1987. My wife Kate and I have been blessed with two sons (Jonathan and Jacob), who are a source of great joy to us. In addition to our involvement in our local church, as a family we enjoy sports of various kinds, especially basketball and football.
My passion is to help people to see the beauty of Jesus Christ as revealed in the Scriptures, because I am convinced that is what brings transformation (2 Cor 3:18). As a result, the focus of my ministry is the teaching and preaching of God’s Words in various contexts. Since 2006 I have served as Professor of New Testament Studies at Grace College and Grace Theological Seminary in Winona Lake, Indiana. I am a member of Christ’s Covenant Church, where I serve on the Preaching Team, lead a small group, and teach regularly in our Life Education classes.

Graceway Media | Magnify the Message
Church Resources, Graceway Media offers thousands of presentations with stills, illustrations, and sermon content to jump start your service!
Graceway Media is an online design resource for the creative church
Graceway Media began in 2006 as PowerPoint Sermons, providing sermon titles and designs. The goal was to assist pastors with the presentation of their sermon, giving them quality designs and a selection to choose from. Since then, our passion for helping churches preach, teach and present the Gospel has led us to move beyond sermons and include designs for worship, specific ministries, special events, holidays and more to help the church with all aspects of design needs.
With all that we offer, PowerPoint Sermons didn't quite fit anymore and we changed our name to Graceway Media. So why the name "Graceway"? As you know, we want to create media that magnifies the message of Jesus Christ. His message is one of "grace" and He is the "way". We realized bringing the two words together encompassed our overall mission.
Now that we have over 10,000 graphics that range from any type of sermon or service still to HD motions, countdowns, banners and all aspects of personalized promotional material, we realized the next step was to merge with a company who is equally passionate about the church, our role in ministry and a future to help churches and pastors do even more. That company is now our parent, RT Creative Group.
As a subsidiary of RT Creative Group, Graceway Media can now help your church with any design and promotional needs—and equip you with the tools that you need on a weekly and daily basis.

Our patriarch, Keith Drury, has been writing since his big breakthrough essay, “A Dog’s Life” was chosen for publication when he was attending a post-WW2 elementary school in Pennsylvania.
Along the way he developed a passion for not only writing himself, producing his many books, articles and on-line Tuesday Column—he also developed a passion for developing the passion for writing in others. He mentored others in writing. Being a to-the-point practical writer, he unpretentiously coaxed others into writing as much as they could muster from their finger-tips.
This mentoring leaked into the family. Keith’s wife, Sharon, wrote much in the past but is writing more today than ever, and has completed a doctoral degree in leadership from Regent University, and now writes often on leadership and management. His son David, writes as much as he can in a variety of styles and directions – exploring ideas about life and ministry through his keyboard. His son John is a young theologian fresh out of Princeton and intent on crossing the worlds of theological reflection and practical life in his scholarly writing. Even the daughter’s-in-law are getting in on the writing act. Kathryn is finding herself writing practical tips on managing a home, saving money and “being your own middle-man.” Amanda, in her final year at Princeton, is writing everything from fiction to sermons.
And so this site came into being – so that our family might share what we write with one another, and let you in on it too.
Keep checking – we’re posting nearly all that we’re writing. And we’re all writing all the time.

I am a believer in Christ, husband, father, pastor, and professor.
My wife Tammie and I have 5 boys and one little girl. This is our first ministry. The Children’s Hour blog ( grew out of sharing about books we have read together at home.
I teach at Union University, my alma mater and where I met my wife. We are delighted for the opportunity to be a part of this community which has meant so much to us. I teach classes in New Testament, Greek, and pastoral ministry. I also direct the R. C. Ryan Center for Biblical Studies.
I serve as one of the pastors at Cornerstone Community Church, a church in Jackson, TN, affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention. It is a great joy to live in community with and to share in shepherding these dear people. The Oversight of Souls blog ( grew out of my pastoral ministry class and pastoral labors at Cornerstone.

Mercy not Sacrifice | The Blog of Morgan Guyton
I’m the associate pastor of Burke United Methodist Church and lead pastor for our Lifesign contemporary service. My wife Cheryl is a certified candidate for ministry in the United Methodist Church as well. She’s served as a hospital chaplain in the past, but is currently taking some time off to stay home with our two boys Matthew (5) and Isaiah (2).
I’m a broken person whose brokenness is what qualifies me to love and serve other broken people. I’m learning to be less ideological and subordinate everything else that I believe to trusting in God’s love. I’m very passionate which can turn into arrogance when I don’t have enough loving friends around to call me out. Above all, I seek to be saved from the prison of self-justification that Christ died to help me overcome. The more that Christ liberates me from the need to be right all the time, the more that I grow capable of love.

Episcopal Cafe
Welcome to the Episcopal Café, an independent Web site featuring news, commentary, art, meditations and video.
The Café is collaborative effort by more than two dozen writers and editors, and an ever-growing list of visual artists. Together, we aspire to create a visually appealing, intellectually stimulating, spiritually enriching and at least occasionally amusing site where Episcopalians and those interested in our church can read, watch, listen and reflect upon contemporary life in a context informed by faith and animated by the spirit of charity.
Our aim is frankly, but we hope gently, evangelical. To the extent that we can speak intelligently, passionately, persuasively and truthfully—and to the degree that we manifest wisdom, humility and genuine concern for those we disagree with—we will succeed in drawing Episcopalians more deeply into their faith, and in persuading those without a spiritual home to explore our Church.

Unashamed Workman — 2 Timothy 2:15
Unashamed Workman is a website dedicated to the vital topic of biblical preaching. Born in December 2006 as a single authorship blog, it is being re-launched in May 2012 in a multiple authorship format.
The aims of Unashamed Workman are:
* To promote and defend the vital and central practice of expository preaching for the sake of the church and the unevangelised.
* To encourage pastors and missionaries who are involved in a regular preaching ministry and to better equip them for their task.
* To hold up for younger men the aspirational role of being a preacher of God’s Word and to encourage fledgling preachers in their initial development as preachers.

These are but a sampling of responses to Len’s three-ring mission: as a historian of American culture; as a futurist/semiotician who "sees things the rest of us do not see, and dreams possibilities that are beyond most of our imagining;" and as a preacher and writer who communicates the gospel powerfully to a postmodem age by bridging the worlds of academe and popular culture. In 2006 and 2007, Len was voted by his peers “One of the 50 Most Influential Christians in America” by ChurchReport Magazine.

Imago Dei Community
Making disciples who take the whole gospel to the whole person to the whole world.
Imago Dei Community began as an experiment in looking to the Bible together and asking the simple question, Why?
Rather than building a community on methods—seeking to assert HOW Imago Dei would go about loving and serving and growing—the idea was to build community on a prayerful study of the Scriptures so that the actual people forming Imago Dei would know God’s answers to WHY – why study Scripture, why do community, why preach the gospel, why love the world?
By building on this open, communal, prayerful study of Scripture, Imago Dei became centered around a few key convictions:
* Jesus Christ is the world’s saving King
The Historical Christian Faith has deep riches for the modern church to draw upon, that the Bible provides unique revelation of God’s wisdom and standards
* Worship is about responding to the Triune God with all of life
Community is rooted in the vulnerable unity made possible by the Holy Spirit
* Christ’s church is the Imago Dei—God’s image in the world
God has sent the church on a journey into all the world to joyfully announce the rightful reign of the Christ, Jesus.
As Imago Dei has grown, so has the need to remain rooted in confession, prayer, repentance, and a constant engagement with why we want to be a people who pay intimate attention to God, who help strip each other of phony religiosity, and who are fully committed to worshipping God in and through everything.

Tapes From Scotland
In 1945 The Reverend William Still began a ministry Gilcomston South Church of Scotland that was to span 52 years. It was part of a spiritual awakening in Scotland. Through William Still's ministry, many young men would follow in his footsteps. By the 1970s there was a network of evangelical Churches up and down Scotland committed to the systematic preachiing of the Bible. Mr Stll produced weekly preaching notes under the auspices of what was known as the Didasko Press to aid his disciples in their preaching. By the late 50s the audio tape recorder began to be more widely available and when the compact cassette was invented in 1963 it became custom for the ministries of the Scottish Preachers to be recorded. Although the recordings were done by a variety of individuals, one man in particular collected them together and made them avaialble to others. Bruce Laing had the walls of his sitting room lined with cassette tapes. He would loan these to students when he and his wife offered them open house. When Bruce died, his collection was digitised and is now available for you to download. We make no charge for archival downloads but there are costs incurred in keeping this web site going so any donations would be appreciated.

The Legacy Project furthers the mission of the Edmund Clowney Legacy Corporation by making more widely available the message and ministry of Edmund Clowney. The project seeks to equip ministers, churches, and academic communities with resources that highlight the main contributions of Dr. Clowney as a Reformed and Evangelical leader in the twentieth century. Everything I write on this blog is subject to further reflection, revision, correction and complete recantation if I’m pressed too far. Or something like that.

Blackaby Ministries International
Blackaby Ministries International was established to respond to increasing opportunities for the Blackaby family to share the unique ministry and message God has given them globally.
There are three key areas of ministry to Blackaby Ministries International:
* Experiencing God: Helping people to experience God
* Revival: Helping people and churches return to God
* Spiritual Leadership: Helping church, business and family leaders move people on to God’s agenda
The heart-cry of the Blackaby family is to help people to experience God. They do this through their extensive writing, speaking and teaching ministry. Everywhere they share their unique message, drawing on timeless truths, God is drawing people to Himself and setting them free. We pray the Lord will continue to use our ministry to revive His people and to equip spiritual leaders to impact their world for Christ.

Grace Baptist Church, Carlisle, PA
The goals of Grace Baptist Church center around the worship of the Lord of Scripture, the building up of God's people in the truth of Scripture, and the evangelism of those outside of Christ's saving influence. Our chief concern is the proclamation of the central message of the Bible: the truth about the Person and Work of the Lord Jesus Christ. For this reason our public services emphasize preaching and teaching as God's appointed means of bringing people into His kingdom and furthering the work of His Church.

The Covenant of Grace
This website exists for the proclamation of God’s truth revealed in Scripture – the way of everlasting life through Jesus Christ.
The books, articles and true stories provided here are committed to the biblical doctrines recovered by the Christian Church at the Reformation and taught by the Puritans and their successors. May the Almighty God prosper the work here and may He abundantly bless the endeavours of all His people, sending His Holy Spirit with power to shed forth the pure light of Christ.
The site is named “Covenant of Grace” because that covenant establishes God’s mercy and goodwill to man. The covenant was made in eternity between God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ. Before the world’s foundation God covenanted to give His only Son as a ransom, a sinless sacrifice, for the salvation of sinners. The Word of God says, “Mercy shall be built up for ever: thy faithfulness shalt thou establish in the very heavens. I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant, Thy seed will I establish for ever, and build up thy throne to all generations” (Psalm 89:2-4).
