Frivolous Miracles and Undemonic Activity - Petalene - Good Omens (TV) [Archive of Our Own]
Post armageddidn’t, Aziraphale and Crowley think of a way they can prank their respective bosses: division of miracles. Aziraphale goes overboard with sexual miracles, especially kinky ones, and Crowley goes overboard with romantic ones.

After a few months, it gets to a point that both bosses are done. They wish they could stop this, but they are honestly terrified of their respective "immune-to-destruction" employees, so they just have to deal with it. But they don't want to read this shit anymore.

An Interview With Santa’s Lawyer – Whatever
There have been unfounded rumors of unfair employment and labor practices at NicolasNorth LLC by some of Santa’s business rivals.

Business rivals?

Let’s just say that someone whose name rhymes with “Leff Gezos” is going to be getting coal in his stocking until the end of time. And not, like, the good kind of coal. We’re talking the crappiest sort of lignite that’s out there.

Informed Consent and Other Cosmic Ironies - KiaraSayre - The Magnus Archives (Podcast) [Archive of Our Own]
Fun fact: interview-based research typically has to go through ethical review, and while oral histories have generally been exempt, that is less and less the case.

Another fun fact: Tim is no longer allowed to fill out paperwork.

"Was it a celebration or an at-spear-point sort of thing," she clarified, still looking at the report. "Doctor Ingadottir over in Anthropology will probably want to debrief you, she's trying to make some sort of flowchart on how to handle these sort of situations."

cute, but prickly - SGA request drabble: Hamlet Never Saw This Coming [SG-1/SGA]
The initial idea had been to have SG-1 MST The Tower, but that would require having seen more of Season Nine than I have and it would have required actually re-watching The Tower. So I made sure they hit the good parts of that week's databurst from the Pegasus galaxy.

mara | Sort-of-fic: Excerpts from the Stargate Command Style Sheet for Mission Reports (Gen, G)
5) Voice
Reports must be written in the active--not passive--voice. That is, "my team blew up the enemy's bunker" is correct. "The enemy bunker was blown up" is only correct if you could not identify the culprit even under oath during a court martial.

synecdochic: The Snakey Awards
So I referenced this in the Atlantis fic I posted last night: the Snakey awards. The SGC's underground and unofficial annual "best of" awards. And, well, I'm not feeling clever enough to come up with too many of them, but I figured I'd throw them out to the crowd ...

This year's recipient of the Daniel Jackson Revolving Coffin Door Award is ...
