Internet investment funds- Centec Networks with a 3 percent stake and Xude Rendao with a 2 percent stake- offered and made 1 billion yuan investment for a 5 percent stake in Wanda E-commerce. It was formed last year as a joint venture between Wanda, Tencent and Baidu, Wanda E-commerce has now a $3 billion valuation. They also bought 99Bill. HAG
