UNFILLED: Herald Dies at Haven and someone else replaces them -crossover/self-insert type deal
Everything goes according to plan. Herald drops a mountain on Corypheus' head and the world is saved. Except he cheats and flies off, leaving the hapless inquisitor to be crushed by a metric fuck ton of snow. Since fate decreed that the Herald of Andraste was not supposed to become a smear of paste, destiny has to rip someone out of their happy little lives, dress them up as the inquisitor, and dump them in the middle of nowhere with a general "go thataway" sensation to help them figure out what's going on.

THe "Herald of Andraste" has no idea what the fuck that is, who any of these people are, and where they are, but they have no choice but to pretend they're this chosen one who died and came back except for the part where they died. This is a fever dream or something right?

UNFILLED: More like a writing prompt than a kinky one
Your Self Insert/Oc from this world is asked to sing a song by the campfire. What would he/she sing? And why?

That's the prompt. You can decide for yourself if the character is the Inquisitor or not. If the companions know that he/she is from another world or not. At what point in the storyline this is asked etc etc. I just want someone from our world to sing something meaningful (or not) there and have the other characters react on it!

+ A lot of different fills would be fun!

UNFILLED: Real World Responsibilities
Pick a character. Anyone will do.

They are now plunked in the room of someone from the real world, (you) likely due to magical circumstance. What is their reaction? Do they kill the unwilling house host?

This is a breathing experience, and not some silly dream sequence: You are now (probably) responsible for housing someone magical, non human, or just messed up, and keeping them out of trouble.

UNFILLED: I'm- You're Fenris? Fenris/Anders
While self inserts and Mary Sues are mostly terrible, I've actually read some great ones on the DA fandom, but "we" are usually Hawke. But what if you're Fenris instead? Worse... What if you happen to really like Anders? Can you imagine? Trying to make sure no one knows you're not exactly their Fenris while at the same time having Anders right there, in the flesh? Wouldn't you risk it? -You also know how the story will progress, what will you do to change it? (Karl? Hawke's mom? Lyrium Idol? Chantry?) -Being polite takes you a long way. Truth be told, Anders caves in for gentleness and care. Being nice to him would probably warrant an instant crush. -Be discovered? Realize this has always been you? Return to this world? Happy ending or not?

UNFILLED: (F/M)!reader/M!Hawke
I love reader inserts, adore them. There has been one or two here before already, but we haven't had one where the reader is paired with the lovely Hawke. Het or slash, mulitfills are welcome. -Perhaps reader is a mage and bumps in Mage!Hawke a few times and they develop a relationship over time? Bonus of befriending Hawke's companions. -Or the reader could be a templar and is sent to capture Hawke, only to be insanely attracted to the mage they were sent for. A secret affair begins with the two to of them. Those are just two, there's so many possiblities.
