Food Wishes Video Recipes: Garlic Shrimp – Not Necessarily In That Order
Nghhhh. Get some big shrimp, sear a little bit, add in a billion crushed garlic cloves and some butter and lemon juice and parsley.

UPDATE: NGHHHHH. I didn't get terribly much of a sear - if using frozen, thaw AND DRY OFF BEFOREHAND, BETSY - but goooooddddddd was this good.

Linguine with Shrimp and Lemon Oil Recipe : Giada De Laurentiis : Food Network
I didn't follow this recipe at all, but I'm using it as a bookmark to say what I actually did. Sorry, recipe.

I cooked angel hair pasta (1 serving for me) in big pot. Then, in little saucepan, I heated some olive oil and dumped in a couple forkfuls of minced garlic (from a refrigerated jar). I added some lemon pepper, too, especially because I was super dumb and don't actually have EITHER lemon or lemon juice right now.

After a few minutes, I lazythawed a couple handfuls of frozen salad shrimp under running warmish water, then tossed them into the saucepan and let them get all coated and warmed up a little. I mostly drained the pasta, tossed it into the saucepan too, added more garlic salt, dried parsley, olive oil, and asiago cheese. IT WAS DELICIOUS

Liz's Linguine with Shrimp and Broccoli Rabe
Oookay, this was delicious and I am pleased. (Steam the rappini in the rice cooker, cook the pasta, saute the shrimp, stick it all together in some chicken broth and boom.)
