One Pot Sausage and Sun Dried Tomato Pasta - Budget Bytes
YUM, great. I accidentally made this with jarred pepper instead of sundried tomatoes (misremembered what I had), and it was still great! I also tossed in some spinach that was sad in my fridge, and added some red wine vinegar at the end for acid. YUM.

YUM. Took about an hour and I made it with https://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/spinach-apple-salad-with-maple-cider-vinaigrette , which made for a legitimately impressive delicious coherent meal. I did overcook the pork a little - or at least, I overcooked one of them and the others were lower - so dear Betsy, please remember that they might not cook evenly and be checking them.

Budget Bytes: orange molasses pork chops $7.39 recipe / $1.23 serving
Yum! Made it with parents, ridiculously easy and quite good (they loved it). Plus, got the meat on sale - the actual meat course for the three of us was probably about $5, sauces etc included.

Yussss. This recipe requires: pork, sugar, fish sauce, water. Optional: onions, rice. Pretty easy, quite delicious.

Doesn't take a lot of ingredients or work, though you do have to have(/chop) olives and pork tenderloin and fennel, and the final product is DELICIOUS.
