Broadband Light Management with Thermochromic Hydrogel Microparticles for Smart Windows: Joule
Using 500nm thermochromic nanoparticles to turn glass frosty at 85F, and reject outside IR heat. So if it gets warm, a window can turn transluscent to stop solar heating.

RavenBrick, LLC
A window material technology that darkens when the window gets hot (so it reduces sunlight during the summer but stays transparent in the winter.) So the trick here is not a gradient tint effect, but a sudden window darkening when you hit a critical temperature. They are using this as building insulation as well, to help reject heat in the summer but draw it in when it's cooler outside.
