This is kinda stylish, though the euro boxcab lineage advantage gets lost due to fuel cell hydrogen tankage. Daimler recently said their going all EV and hydrogen on their trucks, no LNG, so maybe everyone is following the footsteps of the Nikola One?

Interesting ship design, but the hydrogen production is rather energy intensive, limiting usability. Of note, they removed the VAWT's (and probably the traction kite sail) and have wingsails now, along with boosted solar PV cells.

Fossil-free Steel - Hybrit
All hydrogen reducing steel manufacturing, rather than using carbon/coke. Energy intensive (when taking hydrogen production by electrolysis into account) but "green" (I suppose that includes induction based furnaces). Not actually new per se, just not at industrial levels

Uh, LH2 is frankly a dead end for most aviation applications, baring forever flying HAPS HALE UAV. If cryogenic fuels are gonna be done, it will likely be methane.

Last pic has a split hybrid CSP system, with visible spectrum PV with an IR reflector, feeding IR to a fiber line for use elsewhere in a high temp electrolysis cell.

Uses a closed loop ICE of sorts, using input hydrogen/methane and oxygen along with working fluid argon. Burn in a piston, condense out the water, membrane filter the CO2, and recycle the argon back to the cylinder.

CSIRO tech accelerates hydrogen vehicle future - CSIRO
New membrane for extracting hydrogen from ammonia, which allows a hydrogen logistics train where hydrogen is made/stored as ammonia, bulk transport is done as liquid ammonia, and converted back to hydrogen at a local fill station for local storage in a high pressure tank, for eventual use in fuel cell vehicles.

Floating membraneless PV-electrolyzer based on buoyancy-driven product separation
Using asymmetrically catalyst coated mesh mebranes at small separation distances, vertically hanging mesh electrodes can perform electrolysis without a membrane and get good product separation, using natural gas buoyancy. Though this skews to tall rigs.

Nuclear piston engine, using gaseous "fuel" and hydrogen gas moderator, with neutron reflector piston and cylinder. Uses piston top-dead-center compression effects and a "spark" (external neutron source, like an ADSR particle accelerator neutron spallation target, or some sort of cylinder wall embedded neutron source). Wonder if LiquidPiston reverse wankel would also work well here. Negative void coefficient is nice too.

Low cost plasma membrane reactor to efficiently convert ammonia to hydrogen
Using a plasma field between an iron tube and palladium foil tube, ammonia can be broken down to nitrogen and hydrogen, with the hydrogen pulled through the palladium foil efficiently, resulting in very high hydrogen gas purity separation. Process is low temperature and pressure as well, though the palladium foil probably isn't cheap. Effectively an ammonia fuel reformer for a hydrogen fuel cell, allowing storage of low pressure ammonia as fuel.

Hrm, I suppose if you had a handy methane source and a heat source (1200 C?!?), this is interesting (GenIV nuclear reactor maybe), but probably the more interesting aspect is the pure carbon powder byproduct, suitable for making carbon fiber and similar. I suppose if you wanted to make graphene, using natural gas from town as both an energy source and a carbon source for production might be a good match...

Apparently they have a good high temperature steam electrolysis SOEC that can produce hydrogen at decent efficiencies, for feeding into a RWGS conversion reactor syngas production rig, to eventually produce synthetic methane (combining syngas from the reactor with additional H2 from the SOEC), or eventually via FT, synthetic liquid fuels. They don't seem to be doing a coelectrolysis SOEC to crack steam and CO2 simultaneously in the same cell stack though.
