A fusion-fission implementation of the hybrid molten salt reactor (HMSR)
Uh, so this appears to be a single fluid fuel salt MSR (subcritical?) paired with a fusion reactor using the MSR fuel salt as a fertile blanket salt. So in some ways similar to an ADSR.

Fission-free Fusion Explosion by Chemical First Stage
Physicist seems to have found a way to achieve a fusion/hydrogen bomb with basically no fallout (a bang, x-rays, and gamma rays). Using a boron laced HMX chemical explosive sphere imploding on a liquid deuterium-tritium core, you can theoretically achieve 1000x gain over the conventional explosive (assuming a 30cm sphere yielding a 25 ton explosion. Not big on the atomic bomb scale in terms of gain factor or raw explosive power, but the no fallout part is kinda attractive from certain applications, such as Project Orion or Medusa class space propulsion.
