IoT satellite relay service, using very small satellites called SpaceBees. Like quarter cubesat scale (at least one dimension less than 5cm). Got busted for FCC unlicensed launch on PSLV C40 of 4 SpaceBee sats.

Interesting design, uses what looks like deployable carbon fiber tubes (which are built up from a tape deployer style?) to extend the focal length so the small primary isn't as big of an issue (1m GSD!)
