Helicopter Could be 'Scout' for Mars Rovers
I would have expected larger rotors, more like one of those human powered helicopters. With the low pressure, you need hugely long rotors.

Appears to be working on a tilting rotor quadcopter (technical an octocopter since it uses a rotor above and below the motor), allegedly a hybrid base, with power supplied by some sort of engine/generator unit feeding to the four motors.

Interest variation on the Y-copter design. Claims propulsion efficiencies over traditional quadcopters, mostly through a high efficiency achieved through using larger slow blades for primary lift (long blades moving a lot of air slowly are more efficient than a fan that moves a small amount of air fast)

Looks like a semi-hot cycle helicopter, but instead of a potentially more complicated tip jet drive, it appears to use dual contra rotating direct drive turbines to spin the rotors, exhausting into the inter-disk area of the rotor hub. That exhaust choice is a bit odd though, but it might increase local air velocity over the blades.
