"How hard is it to get an account with a legitimate name suspended if it is your intention to do so? Not very.  Not at all.  I was able to get an account with no particular infringing information or activity suspended by providing a GIMP'ed version of the McLovin ID from Superbad.  I was able to get the same account reactivated with a picture of a mass murderer."
