InvisAbility Girl — On Passing as Disabled
Well written post explaining what it's like to have an invisible disability, when the world judges you on just what it can see. As someone who has both dyspraxia (clumsiness, disorganisation, other stuff), and hypermobility syndrome (double jointed to the point it's a painful problem), I very much agree with this.

Disabled students could be 'shut out' by government cuts
Some of the support I got through the Disabled Students Allowance, particularly the PDA it got me, were a real help in getting myself organised, actually managing to make all the things I was supposed to, etc. I think I'd've had a much harder time without them.
