Ross Mathematics Program
The Ross Program is an intensive summer experience designed to encourage motivated pre-college students to explore mathematics. During those weeks, students are immersed in a world of mathematical discovery.

Our central goal has always been to instruct bright young students in the art of mathematical thinking and to inspire them to discover for themselves that abstract ideas are valuable and important. First year participants take the basic course in number theory. For most students, this is the first time they are asked to consider entirely new questions, to develop methods that they have not seen before, and to justify every answer.

HCSSiM - The Hampshire College Summer Studies in Mathematics
HCSSiM is an intensive six-week encounter with college-level mathematics for talented and highly motivated high school students. It is demanding and expanding. Participants spend a major portion of each day actively engaged in doing mathematics (not simply learning the results of mathematics). HCSSiM students live in the dorms at Hampshire College in Massachusetts for six summer weeks, and study and play in its fields, woods, and academic buildings (not typically in that order).

Most students come to HCSSiM after their sophomore or junior years in high schools. Recent programs have included students who have just completed their 9th grade and have taken more advanced math. We’re open to an occasional even younger student.

Young Scholar at Santa Clara University
Each year select, highly-motivated high school students (currently enrolled in the 9th, 10th, or 11th grades) explore the world of higher education in a five-week intensive summer program that includes university courses, advising, and meetings with key people on campus. In addition to college credit, students leave with a hands-on experience of college life. Please note: students are required to attend every class meeting. Travel and other summer programs should not occur during the dates of the Young Scholars Program.

Stanford AI4ALL, formerly known as SAILORS, exposes young women interested in computer science to the field of Artificial Intelligence through faculty lectures, field trips, hands-on research projects, and mentorship from graduate students and industry professionals. Participants learn broadly about Artificial Intelligence topics and learn how to apply research for humanitarian goals and social good.

Preference is given to underrepresented populations in computer science.

Stanford University Mathematics Camp (SUMaC)
SUMaC includes an intensive course in higher mathematics, a guided research project that allows students to individually pursue a focused area of interest, related to the course. The program includes a guest lecture series, given by internationally known research mathematicians, group problem solving sessions, individual tutoring and social events and outings. On-campus housing, dining, plus access to campus athletic facilities and library facilities is included.
