Electronic Chameleon - Hackster.io
Ever wondered how the chameleon changes its colour through the changes in environmental colours? I wanted to build ambient lighting system or something like the chameleon. This looks cool and also it helps eyes. I had neopixel LED strip and a spare colour sensor. So I just built my Chameleon (Electronic) using Arduino (Microcontroller for everyone) as the brain.

Bike Assistant - Hackster.io
Weather monitoring system with emergency notifications, based on Rapid IoT Prototyping Kit. This project will provide an integral platform connected to a smartphone for constant weather monitoring, and whenever the user suffers a fall or accident, can effectively notify relatives or the corresponding authority (or emergency service) with only a button.

The solutions that exist today are SmartWatch based, which provide distance travelled, but do not provide an emergency warning system or real-time analysis of air quality.

Mesh Networking with PyGo and Pylife – Hackster Blog
The hardware device is called the PyGo, and it handles location tracking, alerts, and messaging, via on board mesh networking. While the app to accompany it is dubbed Pylife, which amongst other things, lets you link your PyGo device to your phone and program it. Based around the Espressif ESP32, which provides both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, along with a Semtech SX1272 that offers LoRa support, perhaps unsurprisingly the internals of the PyGo look a lot like other Pycom boards. With more detailed specifications for the devices showing that it will also have a Bosch BMA423 accelerometer and a Sony CXD5603GF GPS onboard.
