3/10/16. Butternut Squash Steaks au Poivre. These were quite good. I probably should have cut them a little thicker than the 1/4” I did, and the squash doesn’t have to be small. And they took a little longer to brown than I thought, but that’s just an adjustment. I let them sit in the oven and that was fine. Definitely do again.
