Reporting, Conversions and Email Campaigns | Campaign Monitor
In the first section of this guide, "Improving your email results", we'll be looking at the various metrics that come into play when reporting on email campaigns. For each, we'll look at how they're calculated, how they reflect on the quality of your campaign and subscriber list, then finally, how they can be improved.In the second section, "Conversions and reporting beyond-the-click", we'll be going beyond simply reporting on clicks and opens, by looking at how to set bigger-picture goals and measure email's role in fulfilling them. For example, if you're using email marketing to drive subscribers towards a landing page, being able to not only measure how many people visited the page (clicks/visits), then subsequently signed up for say, an offer (conversions) is a powerful thing.
